Information is the real currency in disaster risk management. For me, the media is the first source of information, followed by government updates. And honestly, the best way to stay informed is by maintaining strong relationships with people who actually have access to reliable information, said Sarabjit Singh Sahota, Disaster Risk Reduction Specialist, Unicef India.
