The 6th Yuva Sustainability Webinar brought together perspectives on sustainable governance, community development, green livelihoods, CSR impact, green skills, AI and the future of work, industry expectations, sustainability careers and future-ready education. Based on the webinar, there can be a framework that follows a simple cycle.

Learn
Capture the key insights, ideas and practical lessons from the speakers.

Connect
Group these insights into themes such as green skills, Sustainable governance, community action, technology &
Innovation, and circular economy.

Build
Convert each theme into a practical youth-oriented action pathway, skill pathway or project idea.

Apply
Encourage interns and young people to apply the learning through a real-world project, campus initiative,
research, innovation or community action.

Measure
Identify simple indicators to understand the environmental, social, learning or community impact created.

Share
Document the journey and share widely. Example: If a speaker discusses the importance of green skills for future
sustainability careers, the framework could translate that insight
into:
Understanding it, learning it practising it through a project and then demonstrating it through a portfolio.

Outcome
This approach transforms the conference from a one-time learning experience into a continuous youth action cycle: conference → learning → framework → action → impact.
